配送と送料:
オンラインストアのチェックアウトでは、日本国内および海外のいくつかの場所への配送料金を自動計算することができます。日本以外からご注文される場合、チェックアウトで注文を処理できない場合は、お問い合わせください。別途送料をお知らせします。
お問い合わせの際には、正確な送料をお知らせできるよう、購入希望商品をすべて含めていただくようお願いいたします。
注意: 日本以外から注文する場合、輸入税がかかる場合がありますのでご留意ください。
受け取り:
スタジオからの受け取りも可能です。ご予約いただければ、ご希望の日時にお会いできるようにします。ご希望の日時をご連絡ください。
保証:
製品に問題や質問がある場合は、最善の対応策を検討できるよう、まずお問い合わせください。一般的に、製造上の欠陥に対しては、購入日から1年間保証されます。誤った取り扱いや使用による損傷は含まれませんが、修理できる場合には最善を尽くします。
返金と返品:
商品にご満足いただけない場合は、受け取り時にすぐにお問い合わせください。未使用の商品は、返品または交換が可能です。商品到着後7日以内にご連絡ください。返品送料は購入者負担となります。
ご注文からお届けまでのリードタイム:
オンラインストアの多くの商品は、「受注生産」となっています（注文が入ってから商品を製作を開始します）。商品製作はご注文をいただいた順となります。できるだけ早くお届けできるよう最善を尽くしますが、多くご注文をいただいている場合はお時間をいただくことがございます。
注文が確定すると、工房スケジュールを確認した上でメールでご連絡いたします。ただし、在庫がある一部の商品は、ご注文をいただいた後、できる限り早く発送いたします。（通常、2〜3営業日以内）

The currency used within Japan and this website is ¥ (Japanese Yen).
Delivery & Postage:
The checkout in the online store can calculate shipping charge automatically within Japan and several other locations over seas.
If you are located outside of Japan and our checkout can't prosess your order, please get in touch. We will find out the shipping charge for your location.
Note: If you are ordering from outside of Japan, you may be charged import tax.
Collection:
Collection is also available form the studio, This is by appointment only. This way we can make sure we are able to meet with you.
Problems with a product:
If you have any problems or question about a product it's best to contact us. We can discuss how to help you best. As a guide all our products have a guarantee. Yet does not include accidental damage or wear from use. However if the item needs maintenance or it has been damaged, we will try our best to help you.
Refunds & returns:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase at the time you receive it please contact us, so we can help you.
Unused items can be returned to us for a replacement or refund, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the item to let us know you will be returning your order.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Time scale:
Some items in the online store are "made to order" (this means the item is made once an order has been placed).
We aim to make orders as quickly as possible. At times there is a high level of demand, We take orders on a first-come-first-served basis.
Other Items are "In-Stock" So these will be sent as soon as possible.
