This is my now page a simple page for current news, projects and what elce I may be doing.

Walking most days.

I enjoy walk-hike-running (fast-walk to a slow-run) it's less harsh on my body than full on running, but it clears my head just the same.

I enjoy it so much! I've been increasing the distance a few times a week.
